Movement + Sound: A benefit for RAWK at Kalamazoo Backyard Yogis

An evening of grounding movement, mindful reflection, and soothing sound therapy at Kalamazoo Backyard Yogis. Doors open at 6:30 pm, with tea provided by Fiddle Leaf Café. Take this time to unwind, reflect, and connect—all while supporting a vital cause in our community.

The event includes:

  • Slow, steady grounding movement with Shelby to ease into the body and mind.

  • Guided mindfulness and silent reflection with Shelby, preparing for the sound experience.

  • Sound therapy led by Lucy Cutler of Ola Sagrada Sound Therapy, inviting deep relaxation.

  • Closing tea reception, offering a moment of connection and reflection.

A portion of each ticket cost ($45) supports RAWK (Read and Write Kalamazoo) and their mission to empower youth voices through literacy programs, fostering empathy and community.

Kalamazoo Backyard Yogis exists to build community, foster well-being, and provide an equitable space for those most often left out of yoga. Celebrating all bodies. You are good.
