Jormilit
Jormilit Garcia is a vocalist from Miami, FL currently enrolled in the award-winning Jazz Studies program at the Irving S. Gilmore School of Music at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. She is also part of the Jason Max Ferdinand Singers and has performed around the world with this group, including places such as Lincoln Center in New York City, BBC Proms in London, and The Kennedy Center, where she sang backgrounds for musician Jacob Collier. While in Miami, she sang backgrounds for The Wailers, Shakira, Gloria Estefan, Pedro Capó, and more. In Kalamazoo, she is a part of Gold Company under the direction of Greg Jasperse, where she has had the opportunity to perform in New Orleans for the Jazz Education Network Conference. As a Venezuelan native, Jormilit takes pride in her Hispanic roots and incorporates Latin tunes in her performances.

Joe Miller Quartet
Joe Miller is a drummer currently based in west Michigan. In 2024, Joe was a part of a group featured in the Downbeat Student Music Awards and was selected to be a Ravinia Steans Music Institute Fellow, where he was under the guidance of Steve Wilson, Billy Childs, and Rufus Reid. Joe recently graduated from Western Michigan University, studying drums under Keith Hall. He now performs regularly and teaches in Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids.
